Willowfield is an offshoot of one of the oldest building companies in the North of England. Build volume is low, which means that only the very best locations are chosen for our projects. This approach allows time to be spent carefully designing and crafting homes built to exacting standards out of natural stone and other fine materials, with a specification exceeding most other builders. All houses are individually designed to suit each plot, taking advantage of situation, aspect, views, sunlight and topography.

If you reserve your home at an early stage of construction, it will allow you to work closely with design director Sue Wimpenny in order to make changes to your build as you wish. Such changes can include the addition of features such as intelligent wiring, or — if given enough time — the adaption of the interior floor plans to your preference. You will have full opportunity to carefully choose and customise your kitchens, bathrooms, tiling, floor finishes, colour schemes, granite, staircases, internal doors and more. Interior design and soft furnishings are also available. The project is also protected by a 10 year NHBC guarantee.

The houses benefit from being set back from Willowfield Road down a long private gravel driveway with electrically controlled entrance gates. The houses all have incredible views over the surrounding countryside and comprise a large entrance hall, sitting room, study, dining room, living area opening up to the kitchen and adjoining garden room, utility and cloakroom. Each home has four bedrooms and two en-suite bathrooms with sanitaryware designed by Villeroy and Boch.

The guideline prices are £545,000 for Field House (Plot 3), £525,000 for Willowfield Grange (Plot 2), and £500,000 for The Orchard House (Plot 1). Obviously, these prices may fluctuate depending on the alterations you choose to carry out.

The surrounding rural countryside and Yorkshire Dales are within easy striking distance, combined with easy access to Crossley Heath Grammar School, Hipperholme Grammar School, North Halifax Grammar School, and Calderdale College.
