If you reserve your home at an early stage of construction, it will allow you to work closely with design director Sue Wimpenny in order to make changes to your build as you wish. Such changes can include the addition of features such as intelligent wiring, or — if given enough time — the adaption of the interior floor plans to your preference. You will have full opportunity to carefully choose and customise your kitchens, bathrooms, tiling, floor finishes, colour schemes, granite, staircases, internal doors and more. Interior design and soft furnishings are also available. The project is also protected by a 10 year NHBC guarantee.

The houses benefit from being set back from Willowfield Road down a long private gravel driveway with electrically controlled entrance gates. The houses all have incredible views over the surrounding countryside and comprise a large entrance hall, sitting room, study, dining room, living area opening up to the kitchen and adjoining garden room, utility and cloakroom.
